How MAY I Help

when changing the paper calendar today, taking April off, I found it went straight to June … I was completely disMAYed !!!! … ok ok ok … no more of that tomfoolery … I know it’s only got 3 letters in it’s name, but, it’s an important even though it’s the smallest month title of the year, I promise !!!! it does make up 1/12 of the calendar for pete’s sake 🙂 … that little “dad joke” was for a reason, you see, our main Bible reading today was from our buddy, Jeremiah, he’s a good friend of mine (if ya know, ya know!) … he didn’t think he could do much either, but, God had HUGE plans for him … size doesn’t matter to God, what matters to God is what we do with our size, heart, and talents (which, by the way, He gave us all three, so, He already knows what we’re capable of, we just have to believe in ourselves!) … from the time I was knee high to a grasshopper my Pappeye started planting the seeds that eventually turned into the askapop and connections ministry which with God’s hand and the Spirit’s loving waters has reached folks in 47 different countries around the world because of the simple idea of “it’s not what we gain but what we give that measures the worth of the life we live” and that “seeing isn’t believing, believing is seeing” … all started because a grandfather had the faith in his grandson to teach what he knew before joining the church of New Jerusalem ….

Bible Verses

Jeremiah 1 / Mark 4:30-32

Questions

have you had anything passed down from your parents or grandparents that you now share with others ??? are there things (big or small) that God’s been tugging on your heart to do … even if you thought that they wouldn’t make a difference (no judgments, just reflections!) …
