this mornin’ was flapjack friday … honestly, it’s not a thing, but it should be, let’s start it up (and people say I can’t stay on topic, I wonder why!) …. where was I …. oh yea … flapjack friday, see, it’s already catchin’ on, eh! … so, while gettin’ ready to mix up the batter my buddy Paul came to mind … you see, it takes a few different things to make these tasty treats, each one by itself can do some things, but, without all of them, the job won’t get done, so, while some may be the “star” of the show (depends on who you ask on which ingredients that’d be, but, for me, the cast iron and the butter make the cakes !!! without the batter and eggs, you’ve got a hot mess, and, without a bowl, well, you’ve got a mess to clean up, without some syrup, you’ve got a dry cake, and, well, you get the picture, but, if you’ve got ALL of the ingredients working together, a yummy breakfast is at the other end of that program … think of that like the ministries that you can work with and for … yes, there’s the folks out there that everyone will see and hear, but, there’s dozens of other jobs that need done to make sure that things run smoothly … whether it’s worship or soup kitchens … why am I mentioning this ??? just because we may not be a great chef or speaker, I’ll bet that there’s something that we all would be AWESOME at helping out with if we pray about it for a bit … just a thought from a guy that’s figured out that the more he prays about where he can help, the clearer the Kingdom of Heaven becomes because his Savior becomes more and more his Lord … funny how that works out 😊 …

Questions
how do you look at the different “jobs” around ministries ??? have you ever looked at them as less of “work” and more of an opportunity to further the Kingdom ???
