wow … what a year !!! please indulge me for a moment while i reflect and share a quick story, there’s a reason for it … you see, in February 2024 i was sick … REAL sick … close to dying sick, and, while laying on my back i made a promise that when i got out of the hospital i’d figure out how to make the “Round Tuit’s” that my Pappeye used to hand out and start handing them out, well, that then led to us starting the connections ministry and the askapop website where our first post was originally put up on December 16th … well, it took a bit to get into the “groove,” but, eventually we did and then we started actually creating videos on youtube …. Posting our first one on February 20th … since then, as of the time of this posting, we’ve been blessed to have continued to spread the messaged that my Pappeye had started in a small church in southern West Virginia back in the 60’s and 70’s to over 22,000 folks between the website and youtube (not counting X, facebook, and instagram, and reels) and it’s been viewed / read in more than a dozen countries … i’m saying this for no other reason than this … one goofy guy that was literally hours away from death decided to make difference and God has done the rest … if He can do that with me, he can do that with all of us !!!! we don’t have to start mega churches and save millions, we all just need to take His charge and spread the word in however we can when we get around tuit (ha! see what i did there !!!) … anyway, i’ll close out with this … i’m eternally grateful for all of you that take time to stop in and read/view these … our faith ministry is built on a few basic principles … 1) we don’t judge … 2) we don’t ask for donations … 3) we believe in the reformed theology … 4) “seeing isn’t believing, believing is seeing” … and, finally, 5) it’s not what we gain but what we give that measures the worth of the life we live … God Bless you all !!!!
