ok …. not yolking around here … i think this may be an egggselent one 😮 …. chefboyrcec back again with a quick tip i just learned … you know if you put mayo in your scrambled eggs instead of milk they come out a ton creamier ??? i just tried this and both lil’bit and i approve … this will now be our go-to and the moojuice will be relegated to his sippy cup, but, you’re probably wonderin’ how in the heck is this an ssa ??? welp, hold your hollandaise, i’m a getting’ to it … you see, while chowin’ down on our breakfast this mornin’ i thought back to brother Rick, my youth leader … he is awesome and, along with my family was instrumental in pulling me into my walk with Christ and, if i’m honest, is ½ of the reason why i’m so passionate about youth ministry today (with the other ½ of that being my beloved Pappeye) … Rick was the first “non stuffy” guy at our church and showed us that God could love us and still have a lot of fun … when i started working with youth, i did model what i did after brother Rick, but, since i’m as old as methuselah and the kids wouldn’t have understood some of the stuff that we found funny way back in the stone ages, it did have to get “adapted” …. now, that didn’t mean that the meaning changed anymore than i’m sure than the meaning got changed for the “brother Rick” that led him before, or the “brother Rick” before that …. the core message will always remain the same but instead of relaying it to arcades and record stores it’s now about social media and video games and who knows WHAT lil’bit will be teaching his youth group’s about (hey, a guy can dream, right!) … anyway, just as, at ehm years old i’m still open to learning about cooking eggs, i’m also still open to learning about teaching about our Lord … it’s a never ending thing, and, i hope and pray that it’s the same for y’all too 😊 ….so, enjoy your eggs and i pray that you have an EGGSELENT day 😊 ….
