sorry it’s taken a few days to post another ssa, but, ya know how it is when you get back from vacation … there’s a ton of work to do (you almost have to take a vacation to recover from the vacation!) 😛 … but, that kinda leads me to the topic of today, so, here we are 😊 … ya see, as you know God is good … all the time, and, all the time, God is good !!! … so, as it worked out, i had “just enough” tuits to last the trip, making it home with a handful left … now, you may ask, how do I go through so many of these ??? well, glad you ask, you see, I keep a stash i my backpack (“murse” as my family calls it 😊 ) at the ready and i used to keep 4 in my pocket, but, have moved that number to 6 … and, when the Spirit moves me, i tell the story of the tuit and give one out to whomever i’m interacting with at the time … it brings a smile to most and is spreading His word and Love … when i can see the bottom of the cup that my son made for me one father’s day, it’s time to crank out another batch, so, that’s what just happened 😊 … it’s the best chore in the house if you ask me … it reminds me of the days that my Pappeye would look over at the stack of tapes he’d have (he was in charge of the church recordings for shut-ins) and, when they started to get low, it was time to do another job of bulk erasing from the ones he’d picked up from the church from past services that had been cherished by the folks so the tapes could be reused … i would help him with that and it was my introduction into how the church didn’t just “open for business on Sundays” … anyhoo … one of the two Bible Verses today is the one on the bottom of every tuit given out … Mark 12:29-31 … and, if you’d like a tuit for yourself (or some to give out to others!) just let me know and i’ll make it happen, cause it’s not what we gain but what we give that measures the worth of the life we live 😊 …
