Who do you work for ??? (stick with me and see if that answer changes at the end 😊 )

Ok … I just looked … 4,429 and 75,319 … Add them up and that’s how many pictures i have (not counting what we took this past vacation) in my two “picture stores” on my computer … It’s organized (or else i’d never find anything!) … But… Wow…. That’s … Alot !!! And, you know what … I’d say over half of them are from less than 3 or 4 percent of the actual time we get to spend … Hmmmmmmmmmmmm….. Where are the pictures of me working or doing chores ???!!!!

As i started back to work after vacation this morning at zero dark thirty i was looking through all of the pictures over the past years … How many of them are clustered around the middle of July … Then… Over the years, how many are clustered in the summer and Christmas …

Then how few pictures are there of the 60-80 hours a week i spend at work …

Hmmmmmmmm …

It’s almost like one place is where i earn the treasure so i can then spend it on the places and people i treasure the most 🙂 ….

There’s been a couple times in my life where different paths have been laid before me … One that would ultimately offer more worldly rewards and recognition while the other offering the ability to spend the most valuable thing on this planet …. time with my family … Being given the opportunity to finish my workday remotely while allowing my son to attend confirmation class or work half days while volunteering for community events means more than bigger bonus checks and write-ups ever would or will …

Just a thought from a guy gettin’ back into the groove and knowing where his treasure truly lies !!!
