while makin’ my “bean juice” this am (doesn’t that sound a LOT more healthy that coffee :-P) … i noticed 3 of my nocturnal buddies (yes, my workday starts with the chickens) playin’ in a box we’re still not sure to get rid of ‘cause it’s given lil’bit so much fun when i started takin pics for facebook and got one of those God sightings that has led me to this ssa … you see, He is Awesome at taking this and turning it into THAT … While the bible is FULL of miracles on the HUGE scale (things like the flood, parting of the red sea, healing of Lazarus, walls of Jericho, and on and on) it also reminds us that God is with us in every day miracles that some may write off as coincidences, but, like I keep on saying, seeing isn’t believing, believing is seeing … so, the more the Sprit is in us, the more the “This and That” takes hold … it’s easy to see the “this and that” in the bible verses we’ve got below and you can start to see how God has taken things from history that were supposed to be a horrible sign of oppression and fear and turn it into the ultimate sign of Love and Hope (the Cross) … and, as our faith grows we can start to see other connections, like flat rocks reminding us how a little shepherd boy can overcome a giant or how a cat in a box reminds us of prophet waiting for the still quiet voice, or, (last one, i promise) the cat perch that has the “room prepared”  for us on a city on a hill … so, you see, just while makin’ coffee this mornin’ thanks to three of my Cats and my Savior, i’ve had a full on bible lesson !!!   just a thought from a guy getting’ a cup o’ joe this mornin’
