Looking at my water bottles and my electronics, i have “cecilized” them up a bit … You see, not just so i can spot them on a crowded table with other tablets … It’s also, if i happen to leave something in a classroom, sanctuary or, well, anywhere folks know me … Well, they’ll see it and immediately KNOW, “we better askapop 😉 (kidding, they’ll know it’s mine” …

Think of it as a loving calling card 🙂 …

Throughout history folks have been doing this with very important sites … While in the Holy Land we half jokingly said that anytime anything important happened at a site, someone built a church! … But, even before that folks were painting doorpost, placing scriptures on doors and tucking prayers into cracks in the western wall,

It doesn’t stop with physical locations.  Christ reminds us that our ACTIONS will let folks know that we belong to Him … A few years ago one of our theme songs at VBS was “They Will Know We Are Christians By Our Love … A song i STILL sing to this day because it reminds me of just how important it is to outwardly show our love everyday, all the time …

Just a thought from a guy that may have an ark on his tablet and will fill up his water bottle … When he gets round tuit (oh, wait, he’s got one on the bottle!)
