welcome to my mind … while getting ready to cook Toni’s breakfast on Good Friday, it made me think “wow, this is a good analogy of what led up to (including) Holy week” … again, welcome to the craziness that is cecil 😮 … you see … Jesus had been telling His followers for quite awhile at this point that He was going to be leaving them, but, He would raise again … it was a promise He made (and kept) … here’s me, looking at the “love” cup that i’d picked out for my beloved today and, sure enough, it was empty (remind you of something!)  … i looked over at the egg and bacon getting ready to be transformed into something different … and, in the end, yes, it was transformed, but, now something that we could have IN us and take WITH us … giving us much needed strength and nourishment (hmmmmm … that sounds an awful lot like something else that came about after the Resurrection !!!!) … anyhoo, i know that i’m just a goofy guy here scribbling down things and that there’s a whole lot better analogies out there, but, you see, i truly believe that “seeing isn’t believing” but, “believing IS SEEING” so, whenever i’m walking down the street or looking at a flower or seeing a cloud or, heck, frying an egg for my gorgeous wife, i’m seeing my savior, and, is that such a bad thing ??? just a thought on this Good Friday 😊 … hope you have an AWESOME DAY !!!
